This flowchart is the UNION’s interpretation of how work status should be determined for those who are available to work fulltime. If you believe your situation does not follow this chart follow your supervisor’s instructions, and talk to a Union rep about it, especially if you are being required to take annual leave because you do not have enough work to do.
